Last Day in 2012

Yes.... believe it or not, this is the last day in 2012.

A lots has happened during this course of the year and the lineup of Gunpla was truly amazing especially RG Zeta Gundam and the anticipated MG Nu Gundam ver.Ka

Even though I do wanted to buy MG Nu Gundam Ver.Ka but my financial status preventing me from getting this awesome kit. Lucky enough, I still managed to own RG Zeta.

Real Grade 1/144 scale MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam


What awesome about this kit was that it is a 1/144 scale but it has the capability to transform into Waverider mode just like the MG and PG version or perhaps even better =D

Yes! Finally! This blog has material to review after several period of no reviews at all. Nevertheless, I believe that you guys enjoyed reading all the "reviews" if you know what I mean. =3

This time I'm gonna do review about Super Imaginative Chogokin a.k.a S.I.C Kiwami Tamashii Kamen Rider Agito Trinity Form. Even though Toei promoted the show as Masked Rider Agito due to the fact that they gained popularity across world wide somehow they think "Hey how about we Englishfied the word 'Kamen' into 'Masked'?" HaHaHa.

Anyway, this is a budget, more affordable line in S.I.C and smaller in size too. =D

Random Post - The K-Pop Hype

In the past several year, Korean Pop alias K-Pop sensation suddenly boomed all around the world. Their music was quite unique since they combined the element of pop and some raping unlike the music in the West where most of the song which combined pop and hip-hop must be a collaborative effort between two artists. 

This year, the world are just in awe with Gangnam Style from Psy which gained so much popularity in a short period of time due to the fact that his music video had gone viral in the internet.

Psy is not a Psyduck. Please understand.

The reason why I'm doing this post instead of posting of Gunpla related thingy was because this is a RANDOM post =D

I'm a avid fan of these two K-pop band which is:

1. Big Bang 

from left : G-Dragon, Seungri, Taeyang, Daesung and T.O.P

Big Bang consist of five members namely Taeyang, Seungri, Daesung, T.O.P and G-Dragon as the group leader. I don't want to explain too much about them since this is a GUNPLA related blog and for more info check out them on Wikipedia.

For this group, the most favorite member for me is Taeyang because I like his hairstyle which is faux Mohawk which actually suited me.

What funny about Big Bang was that if you search the word "Big Bang" you don't get the Big Bang (which in theory was the event that started the universe) but you got this group instead similar to Bleach which you got an anime when you search for it instead of a bleach, a real bleach. 

2. 4Minute

From left : Ga-yoon, So-hyun, HyunA, Ji-yoon, and Ji-hyun

4Minute is a girl group consist of 5 members namely Nam Ji-hyun (남지현), Heo Ga-yoon (허가윤), Jeon Ji-yoon (전지윤), Kim Hyun-a (김현아) and Kwon So-hyun ( 권소현). For info them, check out on Wikipedia .

This girl group for me is a typical K-pop girl group but what set them different than the others was the lack of faking the cute-making face look which I truly hate in most of MVs. HyunA was my favorite member in this group because she was a hottie and her dance owh yeah sometime give me a bon*r. HaHaHa

This time, I'm gonna do review on MG 1/100 Delta Plus. Frankly, this is a bit too late for this review since I had purchased it a long time ago. Nevertheless, I'm still gonna do it since this is a Gunpla Blog right?

At that time when I took the pictures, I'm not using any digital camera or DSLR but I used a cameraphone specifically Sony Ericsson K770i. HaHaHa
That is why the quality image do not look so good.

Review - MG 1/100 ZGMF-X56S/B Sword Impulse Gundam

Hye, welcome back again to another review in Gunpla Re-BOOT =D

This time I gonna review this awesome kit which is Sword Impulse Gundam Yee Haa!

I'm particularly like this Gundam since it was badass in the series compared to the other two variant of Impulse. Since the color scheme of this kit was red and red was my FAVORITE color, I'm eager to own this kit much more. 

When I think of it, back in the years, I had owned an FG Sword Impulse Gundam which is crap and I had already threw it away, more accurately into a trash bin (HaHaHa) along with other FG which is Destiny Gundam, Gaia Gundam and Gundam Epyon. 

Well, forget that lets go to the review shall we?

Hye, welcome back again on Gunpla Re-BOOT and this time I'm gonna share u guys about one of my bucket lists which is OWNING A PS3! (along with owning a Supersport Bike and getting laid, legally of course!) and three games which caught my attention which is Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and Final Fantasy versus XIII.

And with the announce of Super Slim PS3, the urge to own a PS3 become increasingly high! HaHaHa

Some will gonna say why PS3? Coz FF Versus 13 was exclusively on PS3 that's why.... =D

Ahh its been a while since K-pop had overwhelmed J-pop in Asia (or perhaps the WORLD itself)

I like this artist since she is cute and her voice.... KAWAIIII!!!!! me like it...

and you can say she has a daring option about fashion which kinda have the GaGa-esque (which mean that other opinions do not matter at all)

Her music? Kinda random but full of cuteness (and the MV itself kinda Masonic influences LOL)

BoBoiBoy Figurine... XD

Well since Malaysia never had a good quality animation before until the arrival of several 3D animations such as Upin Ipin, Saladin, and BoBoiBoy, we never seen any figurines made based on the animation characters. But today, we lucky enough since Monsta Animation has released the BoBoiBoy figurines =D

I know some might say bad about this since they were too accustomed to Japanese and Western figurine, but hey at least Malaysian had something to proof.

This figurine will be only sold in Mesra Shops at Petronas Station and might be limited release..... Damn...

Well, nuff said, it will never get near the GSC level laa...... like Heaven and Earth.... They should make the eyes MOE more. The eye ball are bit too small.... not cute lorhhh

Review - HG 1/144 Gundam AGE-FX

Hye, welcome back to another review in Gunpla Re-BOOT

LOL, well since I'm a not a rich modeller, one review per month is adequate for me...

This month, I'm gonna review about HG 1/144 Gundam AGE-FX.

For anyone who doesn't know what FX mean is, it is stand for "Follow X-Rounder" specifically the MS itself can keep up the user's abilities since X-Rounder (even without much training) can pilot Gundam much better than normal pilot (not mentioning Super Pilot like Asemu coz he manage to withheld Zeheart which is a X-Rounder).

Since this MS was created by none other Kanetake Ebikawa, the design itself resemble 00 Qan[T] a little bit especially for the funnels.

Me and Teh Tarik

Well, this is boring.. With still no paycheck made into my account (at least for this month) well there will be no review of new Gunpla. Nevertheless, I want to share my favorite beverage and most of Malaysians, Teh Tarik a.k.a Pulled Tea (LOL)

Basically, in Malaysia there will be two basic tea beverages which is Teh 'O' and Teh. What is the difference between both of this beverages? Teh 'O' got only sugar but no milk mixed with it and Teh is tea that mixed with sugar and milk together.It is kinda funny during my study period in University which a foreign student asked about the difference between Teh 'O' and Teh hahaha

Well back to the point, Teh Tarik is made using Black Tea mixed with sweetened condensed creamer and the name come from the action of pouring process of "pulling" the drink during preparation. The mixture is poured back and forth repeatedly between two vessels from a height, giving it a thick frothy top. This process cools the process fluid (tea) to optimal drinking temperatures, and helps to thoroughly mix the tea with the condensed milk. It is also done to give the tea a better flavor.

And yes, Teh Tarik tasted better than the plain milk tea.... It got the extra ompphhh that I need from a tea beverage.

Original or Bootleg?

Hye.... this is the dilemma for any modeller especially the beginner (as well as the pro although many pro opt for the original) whether to buy the original or bootleg. For me, I go for original kit (except for MC Model which they don't copy 100% from the original kit)

Nevertheless, many beginner modellers always choose to buy bootleg kits since they were cheaper in price. For me, why the hell you buy the bootleg for the first time since you will never feel the true experiences of building a model kit from the original maker. If you want to buy the bootleg, I suggest that you buy for your 2nd or etc after you have purchased the original kit. After that, you can compare both of them and from there, you can truly appreciate the value of original kit.

However, this was my opinion and you guys have other opinions and could be better than me.

Please support the original kit whether it is from Bandai or Kotobukiya or other producer that produce original kits. Don't support bootleg product like TT Hongli or etc2.

This MS was piloted by Athrun Zala and originally was produced by ZAFT and soon joined Orb in threesome war LOL

Like the title mention.... A not so review of F91 and Crossbone Gundam since I've build this kits a long time ago.. Therefore I don't remember much about the construction of both kits.. Owh well shall we proceed with the not so review?

RG Justice... My opinion...

At last a RG that have noticeable color separation like the good old RX-78-2 ....

Even though the kit itself was maroonish-purple... Bandai managed to pull out this kit awesomeness by bestowed us with color separation that worth the name as Real Grade... not like RG Freedom Gundam.... which the color separation not too obvious....

Owh before I forgot... I still need to buy RG Gundam Mk-II ... LOL
